Refund policy
The consumer has the right to return the product within ten working days from the day of receipt of the ordered product.
The consumer has the right either to a change in size of the same product or to a product change of equivalent value or to a purchase voucher of the value of the product purchased and returned. There is no refund of the purchased good.
The products must be accompanied by a return letter showing the invoice number, customer code or surname, name, address and clear reason for the return, they must be:
- Undamaged products
- Packaging and labels intact or in the same supply conditions. We also remind you that the return costs are charged to the customer.
